Delivery

Delivery is free to the Midlands for orders of £500 or more.

We are quite accurate on delivery lead times (20 to 25 working days is standard), but even more than that you tell us when you want your furniture and we will do everything we can to meet that date for you. If we’re unable to do that, we will explain why (and the reason will be verifiable).

If you’re outside our free delivery area it doesn’t mean we won’t deliver your cane furniture or garden furniture to you, but you will have to phone or email us to get a delivery price.

Cushions are normally not ‘from stock’ and are made up to order in the requested fabric, so delivery time is usually three to four weeks from order.

If the requested frame style is out of stock at the time of us receiving the order, you will be contacted and informed of the estimated supply date, whereupon you can decide whether or not to proceed with the order, and not until this stage will deposit payments by credit/debit card be processed or cheques paid into our account.

If a lead time to delivery is quoted on the order acknowledgement, this will be our best estimate at the time and will not form a contract, but if for any reason delivery is not possible as estimated, then you can, if you wish, cancel the order and receive refund of your deposit.

We do not believe in delivering your furniture on pallets and leaving it in the road for you to move later (to save another £5), we deliver using our own transport and where possible at an agreed time to suit you I.e. before work, after work etc.
